1. Scope and definitions

 

1.1. These general conditions regulate the aspects of the sale, namely the registration and subscription of services and products through the page/website with the following address:www.fitnessbodysrealm.com.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from the Fitness Body's Realm website, you are using our “Services”. Accordingly, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including additional terms and conditions and policies mentioned in this document. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including, without limitation, subscribers, supporters, browsers, suppliers, customers, merchants and/or content contributors.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to the Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the site or use any services. 

Our store is hosted on Wix. Wix provides us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

 

1.2. For the purposes of these general conditions, it is understood:

a) Fitness Body's Realm is a company registered by Pedro Miguel dos Santos Leitão, registered in Portugal. This website is operated by Fitness Body's Realm Unipessoal Lda, whose address is located at Rua de Santo António n. 196 6260-108 Butters. Our NIF is 516121251, the CAE 85510-R3 and 86906 being the Capital of 100€. Object: personalized service with a view to physical improvement through individualized planning of training and nutrition.

b) “Subscriber”, any natural person, non-merchant, who makes a purchase through the page/websitewww.fitnessbodysrealm.com.

 

1.2.1. Different types of service: User; sympathizer; Subscriber

The services that Fitness Body's Realm provides vary depending on the type of contract or service subscribed by the customer:

·  User: only has temporary access to some contents of the site;

· Supporter: registered person who has access to the services described above under the heading “services” but not to the entirety of the content made available to subscribers;

· Subscriber or Customer: has access to all services related to the services purchased (see general subscription conditions).

1.3. These general conditions do not exclude the Customer's rights and guarantees contained in Decree-Law nº 24/2014, of 14 February and the remaining legislation in force for contracts of this nature.

SECTION - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

 

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. Such products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to refund only when they meet our Refund Policy - see below.

We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information or other materials purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

2. Registration

 

2.1. To visit the platform, it is not mandatory for the user to be registered on the website.

2.3. To visit the blog - www.fitnessbodysrealm.com/blog - the customer will have to register, becoming a sympathizer.

 

2.4. After registering as a customer on the Fitness Body's Realm website,www.fitnessbodysrealm.com, the customer can access their personal online account by logging in, using the personal and non-transferable password chosen by the customer at the time of registration.

 

2.5. From the moment you access the sitewww.fitnessbodysrealm.comBy logging in, the customer is subject to these general conditions, as well as the legal and regulatory rules that govern their operation and use.

 

2.6. To access the video content of the services available for subscription, the user or sympathizer will have to complete their subscription, becoming a subscriber.

3. Subscription

 

3.1. The subscription is carried out through access by the subscriber to the site www.fitnessbodysrealm.com, by logging in using your e-mail address and your password, if registered, and selecting the product or service or products or services available there for sale online, concluding with confirmation of payment.

 

3.2. The subscriber will receive, by e-mail, a confirmation of the subscription with immediate access to the contents that he has access, by right, after his subscription has been validated.

 

3.3. The final validation of the subscription constitutes a declaration of full and unconditional acceptance by the subscriber of the concluded deal, including the acceptance of these general conditions, the legal and regulatory rules that govern purchases of this nature, the price and characteristics of the subscribed service, with the consequent mutual enforceability of the services contained in the order slip.

 

3.4. The products and services available for purchase can be found in the online store area at site www.fitnessbodysrealm.com.

 

3.5. Through Fitness Body's Realm you can also enjoy our products and services in all European Community countries, as well as extra-EU territories and countries outside the EU.

 

3.6. In the monthly subscription plans, the customer can have the chance to try it free of charge for 7 days, with the debit being made only on the seventh day.

 

3.7. In monthly subscription plans, the customer may choose to have an automatically renewed subscription or to terminate it when the 7-day trial period expires. Automatic renewal is pre-selected if the payment method allows recurring payments. The customer may, however, cancel his subscription on the site or by canceling the debit, without any loyalty period. 

 

3.8. For services of limited duration, renewal may not be permitted.

 

3.9. Subscription cancellation. The customer may cancel a subscription at any time during the term, however, he will have to pay all amounts due before the termination takes effect. There is no cancellation fee and it is the customer's responsibility to cancel the subscription.

4. Refund

 

4.1. In the event that the customer has been unduly charged during the trial period, he will be duly refunded. Refunds are made within a maximum period of 14 working days, depending on the intervening banking entities.

 

4.2. If the customer is subscribed, after the period considered by law as viable for the refund - Decree-Law nº 24/2014, of February 14th - but, even so, wants to return the money, we will not be able to proceed with the refund.

5. Right of free resolution

 

5.1. Under the terms of Decree-Law no. date of celebration thereof. To resolve this, simply cancel your subscription on the website www.fitnessbodysrealm.com and communicate your decision to email fitnessbodysrealm@gmail.com.

 

5.2. The Customer may submit its complaints through the email address fitnessbodysrealm@gmail.com or via  Online Complaints Book.
